| Four of the areas finest builders, including Van Metre Homes, Beazer Homes, Centex Homes and Ryland Homes, have come together to create this premier residential community. As of April 2004, Beazer and Centex sold out and Ryland sold out in summer 2004 at the Stone Ridge Community. Van Metre is currently the only builder selling in Phase two. The Van Metre product line in Stone Ridge includes condominiums, townhomes, carriage homes, single family homes and estate homes. |
