Question
What do settled homeowners need to bring with them in order to get their membership ID cards and/or Key Cards?
Answer
Items you will need to bring to the Community Center during the scheduled registration dates and times, in order to receive your New Membership ID Card or After Hours Access (Key) Card are as follows:
1. Proof of Age and Identification Any Stone Ridge Resident five years of age and older MUST provide proof of identity and age. Acceptable identification types are Driver’s License, Military ID, Birth Certificate and Passport.
2. Completed Membership Application Form All Stone Ridge household members must be listed on the Membership Application Form. Owners of the Property must complete ALL items, including contact information and emergency contact information for each household member and sign the form. The New Membership Application can be found in the Revised Policies & Procedures packet, under Exhibit A. Even if you have previously submitted an Application, we have changed the form and will need you to complete the new form.
3. Tenants/Landlords Tenants must have their landlords complete and sign a Memorandum of Lease form, found in Exhibit A of the Revised Policies & Procedures packet. The tenants must then complete, in full, and sign the Membership Application and bring BOTH forms with them to receive a new ID card.
4. Proof of Residency in Stone Ridge If the property Owners have NOT picked up their Welcome Binder from the Community Center, they MUST bring in their HUD 1 Settlement Statement with them to pick up their Association Welcome Binder and a new ID Card. Welcome Binders will not be provided to Tenants. It is the landlord’s responsibility to pick them up and provide all material for their Tenants.
5. Payment for After Hours Access (Key) Cards Payment for these cards will be $10 per person of eligible age in the form of Cash or Check. Please make all checks payable to Stone Ridge Association, Inc. and list your address on the check. All checks returned for insufficient funds will result in the deactivation of your key card until monies are secured.
