| What information is on the Membership ID Card? |

| The only information that will be provided on the Membership ID Card is your name, picture and a barcode that is associated with your account number. Children under the age of 13, who require parental supervision on Community Property, will have their name, barcode and “Must be Supervised” on their Membership ID Card. |
