Question
Who is responsible for removing snow and ice from the streets in the community?
Answer
Currently, each builder is responsible for snow and ice removal in their section. Once the roads have been accepted by VDOT, all roads defined as public, (main roads and roads in the Single Family sections) all snow and ice removal will be their responsibility. All roads in the Townhome sections of the community will remain private and eventually be the responsibility of the HOA, once they have been accepted. For the Condos, all snow and ice removal will continue to be taken care of by Armstrong Management.
